I can't resist this log. I didn't run until Jan 2012 when I signed up for a tough mudder in Pennsylvania for May 2012. Since I'm new at running, I'm still continuing to improve (mostly) in time and distance. My first run in Jan was home from work, about 4.5 miles, and my pace was about 13''/mile and I was a wreck for about 5 days after. My most recent runs were a 10K in just over 50 min, and I sometimes do an 8 mile route, usually around 9 minute miles.

So I'm gonna shoot for a sub-50 minute 10K. Maybe I'll register for a race or two in 2013, but I kinda like running alone (with music).
