Act as if it is Impossible to Fail
Okay so it was time for a new workout log, my old one was tired and done for. Here is the link to it.
New thread for some new adventures.......... I have some things I am going to accomplish in this log and wanted to focus on them for a bit. So lets see I will rattle off the most prominent ones that I want to finish in the next 4 months .......
1.) 30 sec freestanding handstand
2.) bodyweight overhead press (135lbs)
3.) deadlift 2 x's bw (270lbs, altho this one is the furthest Out I do believe)
4.) run once a week (sunday, normally)
5.) ruck 5-6 days a week
Okay that is a start and the top of my list off the top of my head right now.
Here we go!!!!!!
