i dont get why som ppl go freakin heavy db press ..... can i floor press 20kg for eternity n get benefits? i mean 20kg will weigh as 20kg right... it wont get any less as time goes on ,n these guys on youtube r pressin like 50kg.. 60kg dumbbells n they look like fat n unfit.n i cant get that kinda heavy plates n long handle bars where i live. so .. is mine good enough?i mean like doing them in high reps just as an add on to ring dips n pushups.
