- I have practiced karate when very young and then Tae Kwon Do in my early 20s.
I ran middle distance and cross country in high school. Once I entered college (undergrad) I decided to start lifting weights, I did so on and off during my 20s. I have been playing around with different training routines since 2008. I enjoy training with my own bodyweight and random things. Keyword is random. I am looking to get fitter and stronger and slwo the aging process. I want to be able to run around with my children and be able to keep up with them for as long as possible.
