  1. Hey man, just saw your handstand collection photo gallery. thick arms. it looks like you have two pairs of legs.
  2. awesome collection of toys and great training area!
individuals like yourself always inspire me, continued success!
  3. Great Pics Man.Give me something to shoot for in 7 years time
  4. Sure, I used to have more pictures and more albums, but I cleaned and simplified my photo albums a while back. I'll try to put together a photo album, that shows my environment that I workout in. Sometimes it's kinda hard to describe it in words

  6. Things that I want to do, I try to incorporate into my regular workouts. For instance, I always did some sort of hand balancing when I used to go the the gym, sometimes alot, sometimes a little, but always did something. Safety issues: be careful with your wrist in hand balancing (baby them), and try to touch your nose to the ground on back bridge, but don't force it. And use your arms for support as much as you need to, in back bridge. And absolutely, patience. Just try to be consistent and let it happen, that's the hard part sometimes.

handstands....1)get vertical 2) work on endurance 3) try to push off wall and use wall for support and assistance??

bridges: now, you say "regular basis"...what do you mean? patience patience and more patience.

any safety things i should be looking for so i dont crack my head or anything?
  8. Back bridges & handstands, lots & lots of work, but don't hurt yourself. My favorite for handstand training is using a wall. Don't overdo it with your wrists tho. Do back bridges the best you can and do them regularly. Use your arms to help support yourself if you need it, and just ease into the flexibility thing. Don't force things. Just work on both things on a regular basis, but try not to overdo it. That's the hard part, sometimes.

  10. Hey RickVV, please see my visitor message post to Nezler. My girlfriend that is 9 years younger than me says my idea about tracking fit people through the decades of 60, 70, 80, 90 has a glitch because they might not be internet savvy. I want to get the younger people to report knowing amazing fit 50+. Like my gymnastics coach is 62. Flying front and back hand springs! Amazing, looks 35.
