I have both.

The bartendaz is more of instructional dvd. Calisthenics Kingz shows a bigger array of exercises but it's all for show/inspiration.

I have a copy of the Bartendaz' video. These guys are phenoms! The video unfortunately doesn't give any recommendation regarding: routines, workout frequency, etc. Each member displays his "specialty" and you're left to go ... wow!

I lucked out and got mine through a street connection (that's the New York City way). You can try their website: WWW.BARTENDAZNYC.COM (http://www.BARTENDAZNYC.COM) or the dvd gives a telephone number: (212) 423-0011.

C.Kingz have a new instructional DVD out. I have just got it and it is really good. It goes for just over an hour with beginner - intermediate - advanced sets of exercise routines with suggetsed sets/reps with other tips on diet and exercise. Highly recommended.

Yep just waiting for it to come to amazon UK then I'll buy it. In the mean time a review of it wouldn't go a miss.

I don't know about BT but CK is just a bunch of demo. (Look at what I can do, but I don't teach YOU how to do that)

I just got the Calisthenics Kingz Boot Camp Basics Instructional DVD and I have to say it was a complete waste of money. This is really the first time I have bought something that is completely useless(good thing I only wasted $12 on it). It only shows them doing basic exercises (squats, pushups, dips, pullups) and then a sentence tell you about it. Also it makes me even more weary about getting the Bartendaz DVD.
Dai if you havent ordered it yet, dont.

That's a shame, considering that they're in great shape. I'd be kinda hoping for some advice on routines, progressions, etc.

silentassassin

There was only standard progresion (eg. wide grip, pushups on knees)

It was not good. The DVD is the same thing as the stuff on youtube. They just show some moves, and that's it. Power of One is money much better spent. And it's not even a DVD.

I don't know if any of their vids are really for beginners. From all the videos I've watched, they basically showcase some VERY creative ways to workout on the bar. I haven't really seen a "how to" from them.

Good luck
