What equipment is needed for GAM?

I've heard that the Gravity Advantage Max exercises can be utilized only if you have certain equipment, and I heard parallel bars are one of them. What other equipment would I need to invest in before purchasing the GAM? I've seriously been thinking of ordering the book.

Parallel bars and pull up bar for the upper body. Bench for the lower body. And some kind of straps to hold your feet attached to the bench.

Parallel bars in the market are way expensive. Any ideas how I can substitute without spending a lot of money?

You can get dip bar stand. That's around $99, probably even cheaper if you can find a bargain.
