Does anyone know how to airbox or whatever air something? It is something done before excercising like a warm -up. a link will be good . thanks in advance

do you mean something like shadow boxing (some people call it airboxing). in this link it is explained to improve your form but i think you could use it also as a warm up

For my warm up I do joint rotations first to loosen everything up, then shadowbox for about 5 minutes to get the limbs working and the blood flowing.

To shadow box, basically pick techniques you like and throw them at the air. Don't go full power because you'll hurt your joints. Focus on good technique and lots of movement. Do lots of combinations so they will become ingrained in your technique. Take it as a chance to learn how each movement flows from the next.
