Or8 Im Wondering is it possible to make a tabata weights workout, but with dumbbells, coz im wanting to know lol, coz id like to start a tabata week workout thing like

monday: tabata bodyweight conditioning
wednesday: tabata fighting conditioning
friday: tabata weights conditioning

so im wondering what could be a good tabata dumbbell workout be?, im useless at the matter, and p.s: im not cut out with weights, coz i dont av the ''spark'' enymore :( so im goin to let my friend borrow them, because i really enjoy training with bodyweight and dumbbells, but mainly bodyweight, coz its fun because u can try and beat ur time on planche or bridge holds each workout etc just in case u wanted to know why im switching :(

P.S: DONT INCLUDE BENCH WORK BECAUSE IVE ALREADY PUT IT AWAY AND ITS A BITCH TO GET OUT, SO I DONT LIKE FLOOR PRESSES SO FOR CHEST JUST DO PUSH-UPS, THANKS PEOPLE :), UR A REAL HELP, :) :) :)
