Well I'm practicing kung fu an hour a day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is mostly cross training and high rep stuff. Next year I'm gonna have to take strength & conditioning at school because I need P.E. credits to graduate. Would lifting 4 days a week on top of kung fu practice be pushing it? If not, what kind of lifting schedule should I adopt to prevent over training?
