Anyone have any good routines for increasing wrist flexibility? Jujutsu practice can be killer on my wrist some days. I imagine they will loosen up over time, but I type all day.

I know at least 10-20 various exercises, and do wrist circles as often as I can. But does anyone have a concrete routine for this sort of thing?

Massage the flexors in the forearms. Crumple up newspapers with one hand. Greg Irwin has some really good finger exercises on YouTube.

Try out some basic Aikido wrist stretches. Sankyo and kotagayeshi.
