Train for those round times specifically, don't jog for 45min or anything of the sort. Nothing like sparring and pad drills. NOTHING. Train your arse off and good luck.

Try to do as many burpees as you can in 5 sets of 3 minutes. Then the next day aim to beat your last day's record! I'm into mma fights and we use the times we 'll be fighting as a range for our conditioning!

Or just spar 5x3minutes round but every round spar with a fresh opponent!

How much clinch work do you do?

I always found doing full 3 minute rounds of nothing but clinch work a killer. Clinch with your partner and knee those pads at full pelt for the full 3 minutes. If at the end of the round you don't feel like you are going to puke you didn't work hard enough. Even just clinching and moving your partner around can be real hard if done intense enough.

Jump roping
Burpees with weighted vest
Circuit training with bodyweight (pushups, pullups, planks, squats, dips)
Mid distance sprints (800m-400m)
Medicine ball workouts for core strength
Sledgehammer/tire workout
Undulation rope work
Sandbags
Short hill sprints

Combined with some pad work, a specific muay thai drills, your cardio should be excellent.
