That guy has some mobility. I think it's time for me to get on the power yoga bandwagon. I have some inside information that there is going to be a power yoga dvd under the christmas tree with my name on it (I know, because I went out and bought it. Buying it, was the easy part, using it on a regular basis, well, that'll be a little more challenging).

Impressive indeed. I am quite a fan of yoga even though I don't do it... The guy in the video is darned limber. Although it looks to me like his knee joint and knee cap are the thickest part of his lower body.... It is hard to move like that if you have too much soft tissue (muscle) in the way.

Wow. That's Wu Shu right? They're nearing the skill of all those kung fu movies I watched as a kid in the 70's... Now those guys had the mad skilz.:p

Yup, wushu. Insane! If I was to switch from Karate, it would be to Wushu or maybe Kung Fu. They're awesome!
